To strengthen our commercial team, we are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist – Ingredients, with the goal of supporting the business development and market positioning of proprietary ingredients developed in-house. We are looking for a professional who combines a solid scientific background with a commercial mindset, capable of engaging with both technical and business stakeholders and transforming innovation into market opportunities.
The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling BiCT ingredients within the cosmetic and nutraceutical sectors, working with direct customers, formulators, distributors, brands, and industry partners. The role includes business development, pipeline growth, commercial management, and market expansion activities, with a consultative approach focused on creating value for customers and strengthening the unique positioning of BiCT products. What You Will Do- Promote and develop the sales of BiCT biotech ingredients in the cosmetic and nutraceutical sectors.
- Identify new prospects and generate business opportunities in Italy and internationally.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and commercial proposal to negotiation, follow-up activities, and related contractual documentation.

You will work in a multidisciplinary and rapidly expanding environment, collaborating with research teams, external partners, and customers.

What You Will Do- Actively participate in production activities and facility management, supervising the production area and contributing to its expansion (fermentation and biocatalysis), while coordinating a dedicated resource responsible for operational activities within a growing team.
